6 Major Life Lessons Kids Know and Adults Forgot.

Kids come in with the ability to dream and dream big, especially when they look up and see the elements.
How many remember the movie “October Sky”, about the boy who dreamed to fly rockets? He eventually became a NASA engineer. Have adults lost the ability to dream and improve our corporations to their optimal level of efficiency?
Kids excel well above what they dreamed they could.
The encouraging words they hear take them to the next level of possibility. Think about Albert Einstein, he quit school when he was 12, and was doing great at his trade. It was not enough, he was still curious. If he wasn’t and someone didn’t encourage him, would we have E=mC2?
Kids know failure means they fail forward, but get to do it again without consequence.
Due to the bottom line, have our corporate executives forgotten that failure is the art to success?

Kids can ask for help. That is something we teach, and on the highs, it comes natural.
Adults don’t ask for help, are they not the ones that are supposed to have the answers?

Kids love to play and have fun!
Corporations have forgotten the meaning of fun in the business world. The corporation that has reinstated a source of fun has realized a much higher level of productivity and employee satisfaction.

Kids come in ready to listen to something new. They listen so they can complete the task safely.
Adults tend to listen, but they have already decided what they’re going to do, and more importantly, how they’re going to do it.
Kids are willing to thing out of the box, they are willing take constructive criticism, have these things changed in the corporate ranks?
